新型コロナウイルス感染症が社会全体に大きな影響を与えていた最中の2020年9月、法務省に「危機管理会社法制会議」が設置された。コロナ禍が長引くなかで、休業を余儀なくされる会社がいくつも出てきた。厚生労働省によると20年末時点で、新型コロナに関連した解雇や雇い止めが8万人近くにおよんでいるという。今年は、その数はさらに増えるだろう。

危機管理会社法制会議には、会社法が専門の上村達男早稲田大学名誉教授、松本正義関西経済連合会会長、日覺昭廣東レ社長、岡素之住友商事特別顧問などを迎えて議論しており、この会議に対する日本全国の勤労者の期待の大きさをひしひしと感じる。会社は売り上げが立たなくても給料を払えるようにするには平時からの備えが必要だ。そこで法定資本、法定準備金の制度を改めて導入し、利益剰余金も一定割合を留保するように制度を改め、いざという時に社員と家族を守ることができる強靭な法制度が必要となる。ポストコロナ後の世界の会社法体系の規範となるものを作るのだ。ここでは経営難に陥った会社に将来、政府が救済資金を支給した場合には、この資金を配当原資にしないようにすることも求めている。

• Dockerイメージ内におけるアセットディレクトリのディレクトリ権限を修正
• ログイン機能を修正し、CMSのログをより有効化
• 新しいサムネイルをアップロードする前に、既存のシーンのサムネイルを削除するように修正
